I can’t find my activation email

Look for an email from hello@saywhat.foo and check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, get a new setup prompt from Account → Setup.

My activation code expired or was already used

Activation codes are single use. Get a fresh prompt from Account → Setup, then follow the install guide for your agent.

SayWhat is missing or setup did not finish

Restart your coding agent and open a new conversation. Ask it which setup step failed, then use the troubleshooting steps in your guide:

My agent skips Preflight

Ask your agent to run SayWhat Preflight explicitly. Have it check that the SayWhat skill and Preflight instructions are loaded. If the problem only happens in one project, ask it to check for conflicting project instructions.

My license check fails

Check your account to see whether the install was revoked. Ask your agent to check its saved license token without displaying it.
